The door nearest you is locked, but if you look around the corner you can find two interior windows high up that you can break by throwing something, and then climb up over into the small office. Once you’re high enough, swing to the platform by the office. Jump out the window and then climb up the robe. Approach the window and toss this rope over the exposed metal tubes so that the rope’s hanging over it. Now that you have these openings, pick up the rope (that was in front of the elevator) and gather it. If all your throws fail remember you can do a melee attack on the window and just shoot the other panel of glass. Take another bottle/brick and throw it at the windows with the metal framework/tubes. Use a bottle or brick to break the glass ahead (there’s some in this room/area). Go into the elevator shaft and climb the ladder to the next floor.
